My healthy lunch idea:

Viva small curd 2% Cottage Cheese on Organic Romaine Hearts topped with Cherry or baby Roma Tomatoes, Himalayan Salt & Pepper

 

 

So tonight…I decided to improvise on Gmaʻs classic family recipe by adding Mizithra Cheese to the usual Cheddar and Monterey Jack blend and I used Gluten Free Barrila Bows and Brown Butter Sauce in place of regular butter!
